Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you create an account or use netrack. By creating an account you agree to them. The privacy policy explains how your data is handled. If you do not agree, please do not use netrack.
What netrack is
netrack is a free app for tracking your own net worth. It has no paid plan and no ads. Šimon Husák (Mostek 120, 544 75 Mostek, Czech Republic) runs it as an individual, not as a company, and reserves the right to change the app or stop running it (see Changes and ending the service).
Who may use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You may use netrack only for lawful purposes and for your own finances or those of the people who have invited you to share theirs.
Your account
- Give a real email address that you control. You sign in with an emailed sign-in link and 6-digit code, or with a passkey.
- Keep your email account, your devices and your passkeys safe. What happens through your account is your responsibility until you sign out the other devices (which also revokes your API keys and disconnects apps unless you untick that) or tell Šimon Husák at info@shusak.eu.
- One person, one account. Do not use someone else's.
Your data
The figures and names you enter stay yours. You give Šimon Husák the right to store and process them only to run the service for you and the people you share with. You can export your workspaces as a CSV backup at any time (a very large one in parts) and delete your account in the app; the privacy policy explains what is removed. You are responsible for what you enter and for having the right to enter it. The app, its name, design and code belong to Šimon Husák; you get a personal right to use it under these terms.
Sharing
Owners of a workspace or net worth can invite people as owner, editor or viewer. Whoever you invite sees what that role allows, including figures and email addresses of members. Choose roles carefully; Šimon Husák is not responsible for what people you invited do with what they can see. If you are the only owner of a workspace, deleting your account deletes that workspace and everything in it for its other members too (the app lists them first), so make someone else an owner if they should keep it.
API keys and AI assistants
If you create an API key or connect an AI assistant, it acts as you and reaches the workspaces and net worths you can reach, including exporting them. It cannot manage keys, sessions, passkeys or connected apps, change your email address, delete your account or make anyone an owner. What an assistant reads is sent to its provider and handled under that provider's terms, not by netrack. Keep keys secret, revoke any you no longer use, and disconnect assistants you do not trust. You are responsible for what they do through your account.
Not financial advice
netrack shows what you tell it. It does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and the charts, plan goals and totals are tools for your own overview. Exchange rates come from public sources and may be late or wrong. Weekends and holidays use the last business day's rate, a date older than the rate history uses the closest rate there is, and a value in a currency with no rate at all is left out of totals and marked as such. Check the figures before you rely on them for a decision.
Fair use and limits
The service is free and runs on a small budget, so it has limits (for example on the number of workspaces, net worths, accounts and values, at most 250,000 values in a workspace and 1,000,000 across the workspaces you own, 20,000 new values a day outside imports, and limits on requests, exports and emails). Do not try to break, overload or get around them, probe the service for weaknesses, scrape it, or use it to send mail to people who did not ask for it. Access that does this may be limited or ended.
Availability and no guarantee
netrack is provided as it is. It is run with care, but it may be unavailable, contain mistakes, or lose data despite backups. Keep your own copy: export a CSV backup now and then. There is no promise of uptime or support.
Liability
netrack is free, so Šimon Husák is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or decisions you make using netrack. This does not apply to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to injury to life or health, or to any other liability the law does not allow to be limited, and it does not take away any rights you have as a consumer.
Changes and ending the service
You can stop using netrack and delete your account at any time. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, your access may be limited or ended. Except where that would let harm continue (an attack on the service, for example), you will be told why by email first and given time to export your data. The service may change or close; if it does, there will be notice in the app or by email where possible, with time to export your data.
If these terms change in a way that matters, everyone with an account is told by email at least 30 days before the change applies, and the date at the top changes. If you do not agree, you can export your data and delete your account before then; otherwise the new terms apply from that date. These terms apply to accounts made before 11 October 2026 in the same way, from the date given in that email.
Misuse and other terms
Report misuse or anything illegal you find in netrack to info@shusak.eu. If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law, and disputes are for the Czech courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution of a dispute, where it is competent.
